Thanks, that fixed my problem! I was looking for the solution in the wrong place. When I received the message "error accessing printer spooler", I thought my problem was that I could not change the printer because the print job was still in use. When I ran debug, lc_default had the correct value so I never questioned the validity of the statement. Thanks again for your help! :)
