I think HTC One is better than the Samsung, in fact in a couple of months I will need to change my contract, and my original plan seems not viable now (buy 3 Nexus 5) (I ran out of money), so I will extend my contract for a couple of years and I will choose the One, and my wife the Note 3 (my daughter will need to keep her iPhone 5 for now)
