This is one of the things I've tried:
1.Locate the Command Prompt menu item under Accessories
2.Right click on Command Prompt.
3.On the pop-up right click context menu, select “Run as Administrator”.
4. Type regsvr32 c:\windows\ syswow64\vfp6r.dll OR type c:\windows\syswow64\regsvr32.exe c:\windows\ syswow64\vfp6r.dll
