According to Microsoft, effective October 1, 1998, anyone passing an active Microsoft test, or has passed, is now eligible for MCP certification. The one test exception is Networking Essentials.

FYI. The test for VFP3 has been retired on November 1,1998. And unfortunately, they do not have a VFP replacement, yet.
