I have done this many times in Outlook 2010 (right mouse click and never block sender) but Outlook still sends emails to Junk folder. Very frustrating. I actually Googled the problem and found that I am not alone.
>That seems odd, but I've never used Safe Senders. I'm using Outlook 2013, but what I do is right-click on an email from the sender and select Junk -> Never Block Sender

>>I see that I didn't express myself correctly. I added these emails to the Safe Senders folder of Junk E-mail Options so that Outlook would not send them to Junk. But Outlook does not respect this.
