I think what he is referring to is the when using the project
manager, the project manager effectively includes all of the
individual .PRG files into a massive procedure (application),
which eliminated the need for the programmer to explicitly
set procedure to (filename) to call procedures.
If you want to include external procedures in a class definition,
you do have to explicitly set procedure to (filename). I would
question this however, because in the OOP world, as a general rule,
our procedures should be methods within classes.
