I continued with my reading of your post in the Wiki and found this:
NOTE keyword
VXB++ introduces a new NOTE keyword which will provide output visible in the new Error Window. Notes can be anything text-based, and while they exist in source code they are only flags used by developers for internal notes, and notes that should be visible system-wide during compilation. A reminder of an unfinished function, for example.
Not sure what do you mean by "new NOTE keyword" as it is an old keyword in FoxPro for comments, similar to * at the beginning of the line, which might get in the way of what you are planning here.
