>Windows Server comes with an SMTP email server. Have you tried using that? Do you need to track outgoing emails on the mail server?
Bad idea!
If you send bulk email from an unknown domain (ie. a dynamic IP from an ISP or a generic Company IP) you'll have a high percentage of rejects as that server won't be a on any email server white list.
Sending from non-verified IP addresses are considered spam sources by most email services.
Best thing to do is use an ISP's email server (most ISPs will have special plans that allow up'ing your quota) or dedicated email service that have done all the things to register their email domains.
