Harsh,
ok whole different game then. I just read through the info for the DND in India and I'm not sure how you would get around it but if every employee is using the company's service then you only need to write directly to that service. Someone should be able to give you the specs.
John.

>So, this SMS is a Valid SMS from a Employer to his Employee. But since many (ihousands) of employees have registered under DND, my Fault SMS will also not reach them, though being a valid SMS.

>>1. If the company wants to send messages to people that have opted out (DND) then you are working for the wrong company.
>>2. To send text messages to someone you need to use their provider's methods. Every one is different. That is the reason for using a service. They only way that your client will be able to send messages will be to have someone write to each providers specs.

>>>API seems to be easy But have some hurdles .

>>>(1) API will not deliver messages to the numbers who have registered as DND (DO NOT DISTRURB)
>>>(2) As per the policy of the company for which I am planning to make an application, they do not want to share information to any third party.
>>>
>>> So after all thoughts we have finally ruled out the API option.
