Actually, this past Saturday, there were SQL Saturday events in

Pittsburgh
Kansas City
Johannesburg
Bogotá
Paris

And then NYC CodeCamp, and a SharePoint Saturday in Columbus, Ohio.

I don't have the numbers, but I wouldn't be surprised if SQL Saturday events/attendee counts are either close to CodeCamp events, or even exceed them.
