The biggest issue with VFP and Citrix is that VFP treats the entire screen as 1 bitmap instead of individual screen objects so when something is updated on the screen the whole screen is sent. One thing you can do that helps is to avoid ThisForm.Refresh wherever possible and Refresh specific objects instead. HTH
