In my country initial vacation is two weeks. I worked more than 5 years at currently job and my vacation is three weeks. Also our number of sick days belonged doctor reports. How can lawyers decide how many days I can be sick. Maybe I would be sick months or years?

We are just a developing country. Sweden or other any EU countries are better than us. As a developed country yours is really strange...
