But you missed my point. I'd like some _holidays_ to be floating. I know people who want Good Friday as a holiday. I want Yom Kippur and lost interest in having Good Friday off once my kids were out of the house. (In this part of the world, school spring vacations generally are the week that ends with Easter.) What I wouldn't want to do is have to use vacation days to take religious holidays. (And yes, I know that for some companies, there's just a big pool of days, while others make a big distinction between holidays and vacation days.)
