I think it will happen - some cities in CA already have laws making it over $10hr now. Even so that's still not enough for a person to live on - it's needs to be $15 - $17 range not $10. Heck it was $3.35 in 1981 and now its $7.25 in 2013 - I'm just guessing here, but I don't think that's kept up with increased costs of living over the past 32 years.
