I am setting up a new server and I am trying to find what privilege is missing because I have a weird situation and that is the only cause I could find which could cause such situation.

On all the setups I have done, this never happened before. But, on that particular server, whenever I want to access an image under the Images directory under the Web site root, the System.Drawing.Bitmap..ctor() returns a "Parameter is not valid". The file exists. Because, just before executing that command, if the file does not exist, it will generate an error. So, it seems to be some kind of privilege that has not been part of the inheritance of the Web site sub directory.

Anyone has seen something like that before?
