This seems to be IIS related. The file exists but this installation seems to lock something in it. This is probably something new in IIS 7. However, on the other server, also IIS 7, I did not experience that. Those images are on a domain share drive. There seems to be something tricky here with that. I have faced a few security issues so far in this new environment. That seems to be another one.
