I must admit that I'm a bit biased against using either of these drivers and prefer moving data to SQL Server instead.

One note...unless something has recently changed (and I'll certainly stand corrected), I don't believe the driver will work in 64-bit compiled apps. I think there's only a 32-bit version, so the app would need to be compiled as 32-bit. Again, if anyone else has more recent information....

But regardless, yes, I agree, if you can realistically use SQL Server as a back-end database (I assume from this that you're using Fox databases for the back-end databases), you'll be better off. (note the keyword "realistically")
