I need example code for sending a vfp9 report form to a laser printer (for example, an HP M602N as follows:

· With printer controls sending 2 copies

o 1 copy uses paper from “tray #1” in the printer

o 1 copy uses paper form “tray #2” in the printer

· With printer controls to collate/staple
