I must say I'm disappointed in the "shutdown". I'm still repositioning my portfolio for the next 25 years and was hoping to pick up some bargains during Shutdown 18.x. So far I've only hit 1 single buy target. Guess I'll cool my heals until Fiscalamidebtcliff 3,4,5,xxx? Does this count as a major or minor update?
