So, the server asks for a reboot and we confirm. Then, nothing happens as the server jams on reboot. After analysis, the people trying to put it back online realize that when trying to access the services in safe mode that it asks for iertutil.dll. So, I looked into System32 and the file was gone. We had to put it back there to resume the situation. Anyone has seen something like that before? This is on a Windows Server 2003.
