Thanks for the advice. However, I thought of a different solution that is acceptable to my client. I will write the program in VPF9 that will read his VFP5 files, create an executable that he can execute from his desktop. Then I can use http://vfpx.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=FoxBarcode. What do you think?
