We'll know within days whether the website is sorted enough to handle the huge Day 0 volume they should have anticipated. If not, then I agree it's a disappointing effort that will give detractors something true to point at for months to come. But if they have sorted it- then that's a pretty good tech effort if you ask me. We all know that bad things happen in tech and you judge the professional by how they recover when the proverbial hits the fan, not when everything is smooth sailing.
