I did not know that about AZ. It's amazing the things you learn here.

The state that is really nuts is Indiana. Some counties are on "fast time" and others are on "slow time." I had an internship at the Evansville Press and there was a giant map in the newsroom showing which counties were which. There was no rhyme or reason to it. Every county made its own decision.
