What can I say? Looks to me as if somebody has trawled any possible issues with any of the portals, including the separate ones run by the states who chose to do that, to be laid at Obama's door.
Suggestion: in a few weeks it'll be clear whether the thing is working or not and whether there have been teething issues or grave disasters as some insist. That's the point for the thundering damnation or to acknowledge that it was just a baby burp. As I keep saying, this is a massive new system and (to paraphrase) we're both experienced enough to know how unreasonable it is to expect perfection when you're dealing with legions of unsupervised human processors and a whole new system. So lets give it a chance to succeed or fail before throwing bottles from the bleachers.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
