I suppose you are correct. Do you know which clear's are not affected by CLEAR ALL?
CLEAR : CLASS, CLASSLIB, DEBUG, DLLS, ERROR, EVENTS, FIELDS, MACROS, MEMORY, MENUS, POPUPS, PROGRAM, RECOURCES, TYPEHEAD, WINDOW
