Two things...first, is the view using OPENQUERY and/or a Linked Server? Judging from the execution plan, it might be.

Second, I see many table scans in the execution plan. I'm wondering if the view is combining data from a linked server with local tables, and the local tables have no indexes at all. Can't tell for certain, that's why seeing the code and indexes on tables like SalesRepUserName, CustomerCodes, and VCMK_Contact would be helpful.
