Probably anyone who follows sports has heard about this:

According to the police report, the little boy was choking, and had severe head injuries.
The man who killed Peterson's son (I believe it's the mother's new boyfriend) was given suspended sentences before for domestic assault and violation of a domestic abuse bond. Makes you wonder if the mother was aware of this, and why she'd permit a guy who has assaulted before, to be anywhere near a young child.
Sad...sick. Can't imagine for one second this kind of tragedy.
As for the guy, just toss this guy in general lockup....or tie his hands behind his back and push him down 20 flights of stairs....
