Very sad, but thanks for adding that last bit. As I watched my Twitter stream on this yesterday, I found myself wondering how many kids are killed by abuse in this country. Looks like 4 every day: http://www.childhelp-usa.com/pages/statistics Yes, very true, for every one that we read about, there are countless that go with little announcement.
There are so many injustices that happen, but violence against children is one that burns me up the most.
You'll get a kick out of this - one of my favorite TV shows for years was Judging Amy - Maxine's character and the lengths she would go to protect children.
