Hi,
It is probable that the Licence key isn't being installed in the registry under the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Licenses\ key.

Have a look on a machine that works and export the key as "defoxlic.reg" and install it (just right click/merge) on the workstation and see if it fixes the problem.

I have found It happens on some 64bit OEM installs of WIN7/8 for some reason.

Our installer now checks to see if the lics are installed and installs the key if not.
