Not necessarily. I just want to be able to send faxes from my home computer. No network.

I have installed the Outlook. After installation it says that "The ordinal 36 could not be located in the dynamic link library MAPI32.dll". Which means, probably, that MAPI32.dll is bad, but I have no idea why or what I should reinstall ot get it right.

I have installed the Windows Messaging too. How do I use it?
