If the menu option has a shortcut key, you can stuff that key in the keyboard buffer using the KEYBOARD command.

If there's no shortcut key, you can always stuff an F10 (to activate the menu) and some arrow keys.

For ex:
KEYBOARD "{F10}{RIGHTARROW}{DNARROW}"

will activate the menu for the second option in the main menu.
