I heed to place an ad in a local newspaper for a part-time person to do telephone work. The work is to call on companies from my database and verify that the main contact is still with the organization. And if not, ask for the new person's name and update database. So I do not consider this telemarketing (I have personally done this work myself and didn't feel resentment or rejection from the operators). So I don't want to turn off people who may be interesting (probably working mothers' hours) by the title "Telemarketing".
What other term can I use in the ad to put as the title/header for this job?
