It is a temporary job/role. Even though the person may assume some admin duties, the main focus is telephone calling on organizations. And I don't want to mislead someone who does not like calling. >

I think I came up with a 'suitable' title: Administrative Telephone Assistant. And then description of the job emphasizing that "No telephone selling is required or necessary."
