Beshear is a staunch Obama lapdog who will spew the party talking points every time he opens his mouth. Its nice to hear that the state exchange technology is actually working, but it isn't clear that "sign-ups" = enrollments. Many have said it actually includes those who simply set up the account, not get enrolled. I don't know. But this is a funny state - solidly Democrat at the state level but very much Republican in Congressional and Presidential races. I wouldn't put much stock in this one success story. Besides, 1/50 isn't a great roll out percentage. I'm SURE that he has been asked to trumpet his news!
