I think what will really help the economy is all the billable hours for trial lawyers and the details of the new law as any denial of any kind of service resulting in any kind of negative outcome for a patient are litigated. Tort reform was just not considered on the table for reforming our healthcare. I predict that part is going to get interesting. I wouldn't even be surprised if John Edwards came out of retirement (or has he been disbarred?)
