Since I installed Windows 8.1 (over Windows 8), I often get "Error reading file" error. I open a table, browse it, letting the table open while writing some code, go back browsing the table and boom. Didn't get the problem yet in runtime, only in the development environment. Windows have even crashed VFP today while I tried returning to it.

Anyone had the same problem ? Any solution ?

BTW, I've instructed Windows 8.1 to run VFP9.EXE as a XP application, without success (through it resolved a graphic issue).
