It appears that both Swami & Shake failed to post their picks before the craptacular Thursday night game.

Assuming neither of us would be foolish to take the winless Bucs we're both 1-0, while Homer starts out 0-1. ;)

Week 8 Picks:
Panthers - I know I'm late again, but really, who's taking the Bucs???
Cowboys - Bad Romo showed his face last week so I'm hoping for a reversal. Definite shootout potential here.
49ers - A couple weeks ago Seattle over the Jags was the Duh of the year. This is a close 2nd. Memo to the NFL, scheduling the perrenial punching bag Jags is not how to win over Londoners to your sport.
Patriots - Brady can't lose 2 in a row to division opponents. Can he?
Chiefs - Get ready to be 8-0
Saints - Brees and co. are off the bye and ready to feast on some bison
Eagles - Last week the Giants got their first win. That's enough for now.
Steelers - 3 in a row? Maybe. Of course, my beloved Steelers have a way of disapointing me when they come to Oakland lately.
Bengals - For the division's sake, I'll be rooting for the Jets, but I just cannot pick them
Cardinals - Who cares?
Broncos - Nothing like the Skins cringe-worthy pass D to right the ship after Manning's dissapointing homecoming
Packers - Green Bay's D is stepping up and the Vikes are one-dimensional. Go Pack! Go!
Seahawks - Should be able to turn off MNF at halftime
