In Oregon there were ZERO people (of the 56,000 "enrollees") who actually enrolled in Obamacare. Just 56K more on the dole. That was exactly the point I made a few days ago. Oregon sent out letters ahead of time to SNAP recipients, telling them they were pre-qualified. I can't say this with 100% certainty, but I'm pretty sure that all of them would be on heavily subsidized plans. That's the mix shift that no one wants to talk about.
