What is the proper procedure to avoid those TerminalServices-Printers errors in the Event Viewer when we connect with remote desktop?

This is creating unnecessary entries in the Event Viewer and I would like to have this in the documentation on the proper procedure that everyone who connects may apply so to avoid having those in the way. Whenever we analyze the Event Viewer, we are always wondering about those red items. I just would like to have it clean as possible.
