Hi there,

First of all let me tell you that the number of records you have specified above is not of a major thing to handle for VFP. I have an application which has 2 million records working with VFP without any major index hurdles.

In case of index curruption, I would advise you to use REINDEX command to reindex all the tags OR remove CDX file and again INDEX ON each for each tag.

As far as the speed is concerned REINDEX will work a bit faster as it does everything in one go.
