Exe fails with message that it cannot find MSCVR7.dll

Application folder which had been running with no problems was copied from an XP PC to a new PC with Windows 8.
VFP Runtime including MSCVCR7.dll was installed using the install files as originally supplied for the XP PC.
This setup did not include any application files.

MSVCR7.dll was copied into the application folder but above message still persists.
