WinZip support, in their first response, mentions a possibility that the ADXLoader.dll file did not copy correctly when installing WinZip or that another program or driver has overwritten the ADXLoader.dll file when it should not have. They have recommended to uninstall WinZip, restart the computer and reinstalling again.

That did not help.
