Thanks for all the help I am getting from you all.
Recently I encountered a problem with the wizard's contol bar class. For some reason it detects 1 for buffering and blanks out edit button in ADD and EDIT mode and appends blank record in add mode. It was working fine before I added code in a text box for viewing the number entered in it on the window. I am sure it is not clashing with any code in control bar class. Please let me know what should I do to this form to make it realize that OPTIMISTIC buffering on the records is always taking place. THANKS!!
p.s. Control bar class is the one created thru a wizard
