in programmers lazyness is a virtue. Churning out laws quickly may be worse - read up on BuSab and McKie again ;-)

On the programmer analogy, that's true - but usually the context there is an EXPERIENCED programmer who knows how to implement something simply and elegantly. The laziness there is from the result of previously implementing excessive effort, and learning there are better ways. The programmer who demonstrates "laziness" as a virtue has some mad skills up his/her sleeve. This president has one skill - community organizing and speeches.

And remember - now he has a better job experience than any governor and you are still not happy with it ;-)

That is an outstanding point. One could say, "Well, he was president for four years, doesn't that make him now more qualified than any governor coming in?" But that depends on whether the individual has learned from mistakes. He hasn't. The more his administration errs, the more self-aggrandizing and the more arrogant he gets. HIs recent speech to Americans who had their health policies cancelled/terminated was overbearing and rude - with not a single amount of regret or compassion.
