What are the pros and cons of 32 bit and 64 bit SQL Server 2012?

And here's another wrinkle and question:

How well does the VFP9 OLE DB driver, of course 32 bit, work in general as a linked server?

And can you use VFP as a linked server in the SQL Server 64 bit?
