Maybe a bug in the generator ? FWIW the 'STK3 Wizard' option produced the wsdl file OK.
TBH I'd recommend using .NET to create the webservice and to access the VFP COM as necessary - the Soap Toolkit has been deprecated for a long time and doesn't play well with complex web services....
