You are starting to sound like Obama - if you can't blame Bush, then blame the republicans. Obama, himself, was responsible for sequestration but has continually blamed it on the republicans. Furthermore, Obama tried to make both sequestration and the government shutdown as painful as possible for the American people. He closed Yosemite, the Grand Canyon and the Statue of Liberty but Camp David was kept open. What kind of presidential behavior is that?

Also, if 800,000 federal employees were deemed to be non-essential during the shutdown, what makes them so darn essential now?
