Except....it's rather difficult to find them - because at one point HHS stopped publishing them. They promised at the beginning that they would publish exemptions - but like the website, they couldn't handle the volume. ;)

What I find interesting is the # of unions who sought exemptions, as they initially campaigned hard for it.
