It really seems to be a versioning issue to me as it just started with 8.1. The version of the dll is newer. Of course, when I tried to replace it, Windows got all upset and immediately restored it, so that's not helpful.
Is there an alternative tool anyone has used that could capture a signature and save to a file or string?
