I was using installshield express and now I will use a new setup builder that has not automatic dll package.

I would like to know all dll I must include for runtime and if I can put it in app folder instead of Windows system folder.

Also if anyone know a good stup builder that has no problem creating shortcuts in Windows 7 and 8.
